Samsung apps default which u can't remove, they track you every seconds. Also unwanted notifications updates

You can turn the notifications off and disable them. Anyways even without doing so, they are not even running in background like you are being afraid of. Oh I know that because I check the battery stats and none which I am not using or which is not essential is running in the background even for a minute.
However, still if you believe in some conspiracy theory, you can always uninstall them using Adb and a computer. There are a lot of YouTube videos explaining the how.
