Issue in Samsung m31 after software update

After software installation my phone restarting  it's show software fail. Even not open after using volume down key and power button. Kindly suggest or provide solution for the same...

warranty is very important for m31....

as the device is launched recently and we can find errors and other faults in the device..

if your device's warranty is void, then samsung will charge big to repair it.

Hi,

You can install ODIN software and then m31 firmware.

You need to install software  manually.
I also faced same issue and update software manually. It worked and i can use my phone.

You can try and  still need any help, you can call - 7428420097.

Please note i am not expert.

Even i am facing the same issue and not able to use phone in the lockdown period, Samsung is responsible and need to resolve this problem ASAP. Samsung should provide resolution online.

Post security patch updation when I am trying to connect vpn on my laptop through mobile hotspot connection but on vpn bytes received shows 0.
