Issue in Samsung m31 after software update

After software installation my phone restarting  it's show software fail. Even not open after using volume down key and power button. Kindly suggest or provide solution for the same...

watch this video and follow all given instruction ( I just did this so i thought you all are in same problem, so i help you guys & recover my phone on factor setting all data will be erase but now phone is open and i can make calls in this lockdown situation we can not new phone or repair it in samsung service center )

Try following link. It worked for me.

Just Charge your phone for 30 min (if it is fully discharged).

Download ODIN software.

Install/Run it on your PC.

Download latest firmware.

Unzip the file. No need to put in specific folder.

Connect Phone via USB/Type-C cable to PC.

Follow instruction mentioned in 3rd Method.

Samsung customer care guys called me and told me to visit service center after the lockdown period. meaning, the worst ever customer care. cheap chienese products are much more reliable than these.

if they themself release buggy software update and asking us to wait means they dont care for the customers.

problem solved officially..

never try to attempt unofficial flashing tool to protect your warranty ...


solution for the problem is updated on notice section in samsung member's app

also you might get an email from samsung, because i recieved a mail and recovered my device by following the method.

to do the recovery process you will minimum 3.8gb of need internet data.

Yea unofficial flashing isn't for noob.s  btw.

And M31 doesn't have knox so there is no need to care about warranty.
