Issue in Samsung m31 after software update

After software installation my phone restarting  it's show software fail. Even not open after using volume down key and power button. Kindly suggest or provide solution for the same...

 I am Facing the same issue and Samsung Chat room also could not find a solution. And best possible solution is to give us a link to your samsung server to which we can connect our device and than you can easily solve this issue as this is a software issue not hardware issue. Unfortunately there is lockdown and people can not visit so need solution via internet so can help to your valuable customers. And understand that this is universal problem for which Samsung is the only responsible.

Glad that you did this....!! I just updated the security software on my phone and it had gone into this blue downloading mode. And it's a corona lockdown period. Don't know what to do now.
