There is not any limitations..
But the fact is they won't think about it .. and we want to make them think about it ..

Some people told earlier Ca can't be added through update and all
And I think if this is true then samsung itself proofs it is possible

Yes some phones have the necessary hardwares like processor and modem supporting CA. I guess modem is not equipped in all models (e.g. M31)
