According to the change in Samsung Members service operation policy, service support for devices with Android 8 (Oreo OS) operating system (OS) will be terminated after July 1, 2025. We would like to inform you that service will no longer be available on devices with this operating system (OS) after July 1, 2025. You can use Samsung Members after updating your operating system to Android 9 (Pie OS) or higher.
However, OS updates may not be provided above Android 9 (Pie OS) for the product you are using. If you have any questions about the OS update of the product you are using, please contact the Customer Center for detailed guidance.
