Guys Help/opinion needed ASAP !!

Sooo I am currently using a Samsung S25 ultra 12/512gb jet black edition, I have been using it since the past 10 months now and I absolutely love this beast

But , recently I got a exchange deal of a 2 months old barely used mint condition Samsung Z fold 6 12/256gb Pink, I genuinely love the fold series as well bcs before using the S25 ultra I was a fold 5 and fold 6 user along the way 

And I don't think performance is the issue for me bcs the 8 gen 3 and 8 elite don't have tht much of a diff , bcs first of all I don't do gaming and talking about the cameras , ummm the fold 6 also packs up with some great cameras , features, both of em come with the same ones almost everything 

Now the confusion is , DO I ACCEPT THE DEAL !!! Bcs in 2 months my s25 ultra will be a year old and will be out of warranty but if I got the Z fold 6 , it will have more 10 months of warranty left and will hold better resale value in my opinion 

What do you guys think ? will the s25 ultra 12/512gb after more 1 year i.e in 2027 will hold a better resale value or this z fold 6 12/256gb ???

For this comparison of we check 2 years old s23 ultra is costing you 45k-50k /500$-560$ and the same year fold 5 will cost you almost 60k/668$ , so I guess overall the fold series hold up a better resale value in my opinion 

Please help me with this confusion!!!!!

I can elaborate on many things why you should not.
But , let's just say you'll be regretting for switching to Fold 6 from S25U

I mean the only thing I am concerned about is the resale value of the ultra , cameras ? I am ok with the once on the fold as well , performance? Ummm the folds 8 gen 3 is also powerful enough imo for insta scrolls and yt videos and to handle some AI tasks , yeah battery might be a concern as it's 4400MaH at 25W vs 5000Mah 45W

You don't know why 2 months ood Z fold 6 is put up for exchange. Do you? Are you sure it's without any issue or hidden problem that might have made it to go to exchange table? Answers will guide you to make a right decision.

Checked the device and it is seriously without any issues , as the user has switched to an iphone 17 pro max , that's the only reason why he is selling it

Fold 7 is great but Fold 6 don't buy bro because of inner screen

I mean the hinge ain't tht big of a issue for me but yeah I can agree with u tht the ratio of videos is terrible

Stay on S25 bro, you'll get issues with the screen of fold and flip series. You should even consider the ip rating of the devices. S25 is waterproof but fold 6 isn't. There are a lot of things you shld consider, so my advice for you is to stay with s25
