Checked the device and it is seriously without any issues , as the user has switched to an iphone 17 pro max , that's the only reason why he is selling it
Sadly samsung phones no more come with IR BLASTER which is the sensor which helps u control all the devices , sadly now u either need to connect it via bluetooth or use Samsung Smart Things App
