After November 2025 update camera performance of S24 FE has gone down quite a bit. Especially 3x telephoto camera is super grainy in most scenarios. Both photo & video outputs are looking pretty average. December patch has not fixed the issue.

November ends in 8 days & we are still stuck on September '25 play system update. Have Android phones become flawless that no security update required after September 2025 or is it Samsung that thinks that after one UI 8 update?

October 2025 Security patch update is available for S24FE. Main things I want check are 1. some camera bugs are fixed or not 2. battery backup 3. Cellular network reception

Battery backup after one UI 8 on S24FE. I was travelling and so using only on 5G/ 4G data (Jio). Reception swinging from full coverage to no coverage.

Check secure lock settings in lock screen & AOD. Turn off auto factory reset.

It doesn't happen automatically. Someone has tried to unlock the phone or something else like that which can be categorically security threat and so it must have triggered system reset.

Samsung still living in the 5 & 8 MP era...

No. There is some issue with One UI 8 & play system updates for Android 16. Samsung will resolve it when they get time after One UI 8.5 release Or in case they find a fix during UI 8.5 testing, next play system update would come.
