November ends in 8 days & we are still stuck on September '25 play system update. Have Android phones become flawless that no security update required after September 2025 or is it Samsung that thinks that after one UI 8 update?

October 2025 Security patch update is available for S24FE. Main things I want check are 1. some camera bugs are fixed or not 2. battery backup 3. Cellular network reception

Battery backup after one UI 8 on S24FE. I was travelling and so using only on 5G/ 4G data (Jio). Reception swinging from full coverage to no coverage.

There are apk that just tweak the date, without actually changing anything else. Practically it remains same. Only date changes 

That's for Android 15, as mentioned by Samsung support person in comments. We have Android 16.

Have you tried resetting network settings? Do your other devices like laptop also have issue like this?

S26 series will come with 8.5 out of the box. Then gradually it will will be rolled out to other devices. Also depends if Samsung want to make 8.5 a feature to sell S26 series like they did with S25 & UI7. In that case it will be delayed even more an...
