Hi all..
Am unable to listen the voice for both incoming  and out going calls and all Vedios are playing fast forwarding....pl fix this issue

Hello Satish, here is the solution....

Hi I had the same issue and got the following instruction from Samsung support. Once i did, the issue has been fixed. Please do the following steps:
Please perform the following steps that are listed below:-
1. Reset app preferences:
Settings > Apps > More option > Reset App Preferences
2. Try to connect your device with other devices:
Scroll down notification panel and tap on Bluetooth > Searching for devices > Select the device you want to connect to. 01:37
3. Clear paired list:
Settings > Tap on Connection and turn on Bluetooth > Tap on Setting option along with the paired device > Tap on Unpair
4. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data.
Tap on Menu (Three dots) > Show system apps > Tap on search and type "Bluetooth" >
Bluetooth > Storage > Tap on Clear cache and Clear Data > Tap on OK
5. Check device in safe mode:
Press and hold the Power key > Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
(Restart the device to exit safe mode
6.Software update: >Settings>Software update> Download and install>Checking for software update>Tap on Download.>Tap on Install now.
7. Reset the device settings:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset settings
Note : Please create backup of your data before resetting.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device

  1. Check device network in open area
  2. Check device network mode settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
  3. Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode

 

Reset camera settings: Click Camera > Go to Camera Settings > Reset Settings.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

I have similar issue with my Samsung M32 5G. When headphone works then speaker doesn't work . If I follow steps given here then nothing happens. I took my phone to service center. They reset my phone to factory default but problem did not get resolved. But they did something after that speaker started working but headphone doesn't work. Today again phone has switched to headphone mode and speaker is not working. All this problem started after November patch. Is there a way remove November 2021 patch update?

Hi I am having M32 it suddenly sometimes speaker audio changed to buzz sound so I can't able to hear sound it happens me 4 time in last 6 month period but once if I restart the mobile its clear so how to resolve this issue whether it because of software error or hardware problem please respond
