Fun fact - Exchange value of Samsung Models!

I was just checking the exchange price for some Samsung models on Amazon and Flipkart, and found some interesting things.

On Flipkart, A52s5g has an exchange value of 11500 INR while S20fe has only around 9000! 

The listed exchange value of s20 is only 10500 and that of s20ultra is 11750!! 

The depreciation in price is HUGE for Samsung s20 flagships. 

On Amazon, A52s5g is not listed for exchange (for the phone I checked), BUT A52(4g) has more price compared to the flagship S20!! 

The exchange value for s20 is around 7000 INR while that of A52 is 8000.

It seems, the world now has an idea about the manufacturing quality of s20 series! As we all assumed Samsung made a big mistake while they ignored s20 plus display issues for almost a year. That issue plus the display issues in other models like s20 ultra and note 20 ultra(although not so rampant as s20plus) did take a severe hit on Samsung's reputation and brand value.

Nb: S20 PLUS IS NOT EVEN LISTED FOR EXCHANGE ON MOST OF THE SITES. (It's there on Amazon though with a poor value of 7000).

NOTE: Even Chinese budget phones have better value than Samsung Flagships like zfold 2, s20, s20 plus, s20fe etc. Lol, Poco m3 has more value than s20. 😂

My S22Plus display is fine. It's just downgrade compared to excellent S20Plus display. How on earth is Samsung selling S22Plus with a midrange display at 90000 INR?

Yeah updates are a major problem. I will just exchange my current phone after 2 years.

That'll be a wise decision. Yes, even budget Samsung phones have better pixel density of atleast 405ppi compared to 380 ish of s22plus.

After purchasing S21 FE for 62k(256GB) (Before 5 months)
i just checked for exchange in Flipkart after 1 hour of purchase its showing 8500rs exchange value in flipkart.So a new Samsung S series smartphone after purchasing within 1 hour its worth is only 8.5k? Pathetic

Yes, it's pathetic. Even a 15k poco phone has an exchange value of 11k.

The other day I went to exchange my father's j7 prime
BRO IT SOLD OFFLINE FOR 3000
whereas Amazon showing 2,500
So not a big difference between 6 year old mobile and 2 year old mobile
