Dual app related issue

There is a problem with dual app. I am using 2 accounts of Whatsapp. There is a issue with secondary Whatsapp. No data is showing of secondary Whatsapp. I can chat and watch videos. But photos and videos are not showing in gallery

I have the same issue since June 1,

1.all images and videos were deleted. 

2.I cannot take pictures in my WhatsApp chat and send it. It says file format is not supported.

3. I can download a pictures sent to me in dual app, but I Can't use them and locate them in my phone.

4. Both Samsung and Android(Google) can't seem to be bothered

5. Android 11 is s*** with bugs

I am too facing similar problem. Moreover I am unable to send documents and photos via whatsapp operating on dual apps. Any solution please ?????

I visited samsung service centre about the same dual whatsapp issue for not showing media of dual whatsapp, they said take backup first and then come, but how can we take backup if nothing is showing in the file manager

Can't share media as attachment to mail from dual WhatsApp,neither can I send GIFs from giphy in WhatsApp.

I was able to talk to Samsung helpdesk and was told that patch is planning to be released to fix this issue

I have the download error in my second whats app I already try restart and reinstall the whats app but the error not rectify can you please support for this
