Because s10 will get 3 major os update s9 will get 2 ..😆 it's decided by Google + hangsung and their agreement policy

A51 was also launched with 2 OS update policy but as A51 helped Samsung to dominate Global Android Smartphone Market in the year 2020 becoming the most selling android smartphone so Samsung might have decided to give it another OS update as a gift.

Besides A5*... lineup and A7*... lineup devices are considered as the top models of A series whereas A3*... lineup devices are considered as lower models in A series.
