The processor of your device is not powerful enough to process these. You will probably not get these via software updates.

Samsung is saying it is there best mid-range chipset with 8nm technology. now if this can't process the major needs of the users than why not buy a competition device at this price range

Power does not depend on fabrication. The best Samsung midrange processor is the Exynos 9611, which is far more powerful than the Exynos 850.

Sure, there are ways, they have to make One UI lighter in terms of processing power, which is not happening anytime soon.
