I would request Samsung India to provide power efficient, descent processors with good clocking speed as the current lineup of samsung A series is too overpriced for what the processor has to offer.

For example if you look at A73 which comes with SD 778G is priced at 45k and m52 with same 778 G is priced at 24k,the only differences between the 2 devices is OIS and extra 2 yrs of update and the customer has to pay almost double for these basic features.

And next year A54 is expected to come out with a underpowered downgraded Exynos chipset to the present one and price is expected to increase by 2 or 3k.

Specs on m54 are unclear but most of m series devices face motherboard issues with forced the customer to pay 7 to 8k for replacement which shows the quality control of these devices. Also m53 was also a downgrade to m52 bcs of mediatek Dimensity chipset and samsung fooling the customers by adding a 108 mp camera.

Nowadays only S series appear to be a well balanced devices with powerful processors which can handle 4 to 5 yrs of software support.

We should know the fact that powerful processors are required to keep the device running smoothly even after 2 or 3 OS upgrades ,this is the reason why devices like A32 ,M51,A31 etc are slowed down even after 1 or 2 OS upgrades.

If samsung continues to give underpowered specs in mid range device and price them at the high end demanding a premium I think it would be wise to switch to Realme, OnePlus,IQOO or other chinese counterparts.

Also Samsung should also improve the quality of software updates as shifting from one Android version to a high one usually causes galaxy devices to slow down and get lots of bugs these days.

I think Samsung is doing this on purpose and have a strategy.

1. Samsung wants Exynos in as many pockets as possible to compete Snapdragon

2. If you don't want smartphone with Exynos SoC then move to upper mid-range or flagship devices, more money

Yes you are right mostly. But some corrections regarding A73 and M52.
Ofcourse A73 is overpriced and I won't recommend it at any price over 32k-34k. But the differences are

1)Ip rating

2)Stereo speakers

3)Better camera optimisation(processing )along with OIS.

4)Availability of all software features including Goodlock, object eraser, etc by default (only missing feature is dex). This is a big differentiating factor.

5)Extra 3 years of Android updates.( m52 will get only upto Android 13 while A73 will get up to Android 16).

Imagine an A73 but with a mediatek Dimensity 8100 max, then I would blindly spend 45k for that device.
But with 778 nah

Agreed to ur point. At least it should had sd870/dimensity 8100

And u can see A53/A73 failure too.

Even when A54 launch is imminent Samsung is still advertising A53 and A73. I haven't seen so much of advertisement for A52s... Samsung too knew about commercial failure of these new smartphone and they are doing cheap tactics to sell A53 and A73. A52s is elite midrange phone but to increase sale of A53 they have cut down various feature like object eraser, voice focus, maintenance mode. They are just over pampering A53 to boost sales.

And there are some people who will blindly justify A53 over A52s seriously
