Why are you using in 60hz when you have 120hz, your not using the phone in full potential

I always use 120hz But i use 60hz sometimes when i want to go anywhere like out of city

I always use 60hz display mode. I use powersaving mode some times when it needed. I use mobile data always off. Only turn it on when needed.. Turn off location always. I turned put unused apps to sleeping mode. I am a normal user not a heavy gamer. When i saw many youtubers were saying very bad about battery life of S22 series phones so i confused but because of great camera i purchased S22 plus. And i see personally that it is giving really a good battery backup when we use it as a normal user.
