Automatically sound is turning to zero without my intervention..even if it is turning to 100% with few seconds it is turning to zero automatically..all the settings were corrected..I have reset the phone also ..but prob is not rectified..please find out solution for this ..
I too faced the same issue. But after so many days I realized that it's only happening when I'm sitting in the chair. Because volume button is pressing to the hand of the chair when my phone is in my pocket. I don't know your case but I'm sharing my experience.
