Anyone having charging issues with Samsung 35W PD power adapter duo?

I purchased Samsung 35W PD prower adapter duo few days back to charge my Galaxy tab S9. As marketed by Samsung the adapter is capable of charging most devices and has two ports USB-C and USB-A. I am not getting rated 35w output. Following are the power outputs I have tested -

USB-C Only→ Samsung S9 tab → 22.9W max [INSTEAD OF RATED 35W]

USB-C + USB-A→ Samsung S9 tab + other device → 9.3W (USB-C tab) + 5.7W(USB-A) = 15W [INSTED OF RATED MINIMUM OF 25W]

P.S I do understand that maximum output is available only when Single/Both Samsung Superfast charging supported devices are connected. Hence the concept of maximum and rated minimum power output.

Also Samsung Galaxy S9 is capable to charge at 45W, hence should be able to charge at rated maximum of 35W of charger.

Charging speed depends on several things like current battery percentage( it will charge faster when the battery is below 20% and will get slower as the battery fills) temperature of the battery also affects charging speed. So check if those are the issue also check if fast charging is on or not.

I have charged Samsung galaxy tab s9 from 9% to 100% with Fastcharging option on, connected via type c cable that came with tab and the highest power output was 22.9W (no device connected to USB-A port)

When second device is connected to USB-A port of charger then the output via USB-C PD port is frustratingly around 9.3W only

Update : was in conversation with samsung support they gave only generic replies like use original charger cable etc.... no real solution.

Advised to contact service center with charger for inspection and warrant claim, if needed.
