Add call is not available in my phone

I Have Note 10+ 5G phone, while calling add call facilities not available 

Kindly resolve this issue I am suffering many problems for this.

On the call screen, click 3 dots on the top right corner if you find the option to add call

Go to the Get Help option in Samsung Members App and under send feedback click Ask questions or Error report and share your issue, Samsung will assess the issue and reply back to you.
