Request you to perform some troubleshooting steps shared below to resolve the issue:

  • Ensure that the device Software is up to date.
  • Kindly do the reset setting of the device by following way: Settings>>general management>>reset>>reset setting.
  • Kindly once check the issue in safe mode.
