wifi speed (very low approx 1/10) problem in samsung galaxy a 8.0 T295 model

Hi,
I purchased recently two Samsung galaxy A 8.0(LTE) tabs model T295. This model have wifi speed problem. The speed shown by tab is 1/10 of actual speed. The other devices are showing ten time better speed than this device. Both the devices have the issue. For your kind information issue can be easily seen when wifi router enabled in 2.4ghz band.
I was not expecting such a basic issue with Samsung.
I am expecting the probable solution of the issue. If it software issue the fix it, otherwise document/publish this so that the individual should not be trapped.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1) Reset Network Settings: Go to apps screen >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset Network Setting.

 

2) Restart the Router and Mobile Device.

Dear samsung team i have same models of samsung tab and facing this problem i tried to reset but problem is same and somebody told me that it's Hardware problem plz send me solution
