Hello Samsung Support Team,

I’m facing a recurring issue on my Samsung Galaxy S9 FE Plus. When I try to drag an app from the taskbar to enable split screen, the device immediately goes to the lock screen, and the action is not completed. This happens consistently, making multitasking difficult.

I have tried the following steps but the problem persists:

Cleared One UI Home cache

Updated to the latest software version

Restarted in safe mode

Reset app preferences

Kindly look into this and advise if this is a known bug with the latest One UI or if any fix/workaround is available.
