issues with m30

Hi my name is Rahul and I have a samsung m30. From today iteslf my phone suddenly stopped charging. I checked data cable and adapter however there is no prblm. Also, even if i disconnect my charger i still get the notification of charger connected and next second it says disconnected due to which my phone light is never off. Please help with any troubleshooting. It again start charging post restart.

r u using Samsung's authentic charger and cable

since day 1 i am using authentic charger Nd cable.

then u can try different cable or adapter

i think problem might be with the ui as it continously shows usb charger removed .. connected even when kept idle without putting it on charging.

shared the screenshot. the very next second it shows connected and currently no charger is applied.

maybe problem is it in device battery or lose connection I face this problem in my S10+ also and I preferred u to buy a new cable then it's definitely work out for u

when u buy new cable first check it out properly that problem occurs or not then only buy the cable if same problem occurs again then u take it to Samsung store to check it out what's the exact problem is this
