Hello Samsung Community,
I am seeking urgent assistance after a severely damaging repair experience at the authorized service center, [in Delhi]. My Samsung Tab S9 now suffers from additional malfunctions and I am hesitant to return to the same location.
Timeline of Events:
- Original Issue: I visited the service center due to concerning battery drain.
- Damage During Repair: The technician acknowledged scratching the device's back panel.
- Further Replacement: An attempt to address the scratches resulted in both screen and back panel replacement.
- New Severe Problems: Since the repair, my tablet exhibits:
- Excessive overheating during normal use.
- Inconsistent and inaccurate S Pen functionality.
- Disturbing internal rattling sounds.
- Improperly fitted back panel with a protruding screw.
Second Assessment: I consulted Second Service Center, where technicians indicated these issues could stem from loose components, overtightened screws, or damage incurred during the initial repair.
Hesitation and Request: I am apprehensive about returning my device to the original service center for fear of further damage. Samsung support has merely suggested revisiting the same location.
Resolution Sought:
- Qualified Reassessment: I request an immediate examination of my Tab S9 by a highly skilled technician at a different authorized service center.
- Rectification or Replacement: If the overheating and S Pen malfunctions resulted from the initial repair, I demand that Samsung resolve these issues at no additional cost. Should a proper repair not be feasible, I expect a replacement tablet.
Documentation: I have detailed photo, video, and communication logs to support my claims.
I invested significantly in my Samsung Tab S9. Its current state and Samsung's insufficient response are deeply concerning. I urge a swift and professional resolution to this matter.

TabletsI am very premium coustmers of samsung for more than 20 years but i am giving this in writing .i with my s22 ultra upated software after mobile setup till 100 % when optimisng finished when switch on the phone green line came after line i shut down the phone 2-3 times and it was biggest fault that i upaded my phone

S22 ultra s23 ultra s24 ultra all model probleams
Dont update one UI version 6.1
