My Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 sometimes  shows a flickering vertical line on the display. The line moves and appears and disappears rapidly. During this time the tablet also lags significantly.

The issue started approximately 3 weeks ago. It occurs more in high temperatures but also occurs in cool conditions, i have tested the device in safe mode during an active episode and the issue persisted in safe mode . 

Restarting the device resolves the issue every time . The touchscreen diagnostic test passes normally. Device is fully updated on One UI 8.5 with latest security patch.
 It occurs 



 approximately once every 10 days in normal cool conditions and more frequently during high ambient temperatures above 40°C

Do you got security patch update of June ?
After One UI 8.5 even I got some glitch , specially on recent app tab close .. whenever tried to close the app the animation were wierd and use to lag .. but now after June update it's solved by itself..

Maybe next update will fix your device too

● Kindly restart your device.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
