i have upgraded my tab from S8 ultra to S9 ultra and Samsung original keyboard is attached all the time.
recently whenever i enter text in all the app not just MS word, the on-screen keyboard is popping up and hangs a second then disappear, its disrupping my work and really beginning to bother me as I never had this issue in the past and it's very distracting.
We also request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the screenshot for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
