In portrait mode on the home screen tabs, if opening the quick panel were made to work as follows:
Sliding down anywhere on the home screen should open the quick panel in the same area of the screen, such as the upper right, lower right, upper left, or lower left. Designating such areas would enhance accessibility and provide a richer experience. An option for opening the notification panel in the same way should also be provided in the settings.
If this is a significant change, at least in the current One UI 8 software, a slide (touch) to the right for accessing the quick panel from notification panel should be provided.
