TRANSPARENT NOTES NOT WORKING ON S6 TAB

Gretings sir, 

I am using samsung s6 tab 

Facing an issue while i notes taking transparent notes taking icon not showing in the app of samsung notes.

I chat with Samsung support

As per his suggestions I do factory reset and clear data all thing I do, but no use

No improvement I noticed after that.

And they said contact with near customer support (service), I elaborate my issue with service engineer at they are saying (present not working for this) but this information not satisfied.

I went to Samsung store and check s7 tab there working at the same time s6 tab also I Check not working.

The transparent notes I use for online classes expecially his thing only i buy, at the time of I am using its working present not working.

This is my down hearted humble request Kindly help me this issue.

At the time of I purchase this product it available, but now
why not available ?


Same app due to unique thing we purchase then why changed
Some devices have some devices not have
Same app application.

I hope get back soon ASAP and more effective.
