Second Screen App Not working with Dell G15 5520

My DELL G15 5520 screen is not casting to my S9+ Tab using second screen App which I had downloaded from Microsoft store. The App clearly mentions compatibility with S9+. 

Using the same App I can cast screen of my Vostro and Inspiron laptops to the tab.

Also there's no Bluetooth connectivity between Tab and this Laptop.


However BlueTooth works fine for connecting Tab with my Vostro and Inspiron laptops.

Can anyone please help me resolve the issue

We request you kindly share the log file and share screenshot if you get any errors while using the second screen app. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Soo the issue is resolved at last... we took the complaint to Microsoft. After 5 to 6 meets it was decided to reinstall the OS from scratch. Like a major factory reset... nd yea ot then worked...
