This is so painful, not one of the Samsung numbers gets answered I was holding for 30 min and stil no answer, I have been waiting a month for my unit now
I have gone back to Vodacom and spoke to the Samsung rep they don't know what is going on. The S21FE is the worst phone I have ever had, I'd rather go back to my IPhone xr had more joy using it than this **bleep**

I've been calling them for over two weeks, half an hour on the phone but no response. Is been more than a month and I still haven't received my tablet. I have reference number that shows my claim was successful. Maybe if I can approximation time that will he better. I bought the phone because of the tablet so that I can give it to my daughter..

This is exactly the same reason I bought this one. The S22 also had a good deal, but the Tab is what sold me. Waiting since the end of Jan. No email response, no answered phone calls.

This is absolutely pathetic. Over 2 months of waiting no calls answered, no communication, can someone at Samsung please portray decent customer service skills and advise us on what is actually going on?

I have the same issue! I am with MTN and their customer service is absolutely pathetic. I have tried contacting them multiple times and each time they respond with "We have escalated your query to the sales team for assistance". Not once have I received any feed back on what the delay is.
