Samsung Galaxy S21 Fe + Galaxy A7 tablet promotion

Hello there, 

I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 Fe with the Galaxy A7 tablet in January already but only received my device yesterday. I was told that I should claim the tablet on the Samsung Members app but nothing appears when clicking on benefits. 

Please can someone assist.

They're going to say that it was outside the promotion period. Check the website to enter your details and then email them your proof of ownership and purchase date. Then you have an incredibly long wait like the rest of us waiting for the tablet.
