Not received promotional Samsung Tablet A7.

I have purchased a sumsung S21 FE and applied and qualified for the free Samsung galaxy tables A7 lite but it has been 3weeks and I have not received anything

Same. 24 days and the add said 4-5 business days. I called to follow up and was told I would get it last week. Still no response. It's really not my job and this is poor service / advertisement. Least you can do is be honest and say there is still no stock.

Hi. Claimed it via this Samsung Members site. I even received a mail saying it has been successfully done. I need to wait 4 to 5 days. It has been a month now still no tab. They still have no stock.
