Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1. Make sure both devices ( Galaxy Tab and Galaxy Phone) are on the same wifi network and band (for example 5 Ghz).

2. In the Bluetooth settings of the Galaxy phone pair the Galaxy Tab.

3. Use light mode in the Tab's display setting ( not working in Dark mode).

4. Open the Samsung Notes app in Galaxy Tab then click on 3 horizontal lines on the left top corner then click settings and you will see "Use phone as toolbar" is no longer greyed out.

5. Go back and create a new note and you will notice a new Icon with an arrow in the right top corner.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
