Please provide extra nibs for S pen with Tabs as you did earlier if you cannot provide it for free please sell them atleast .Innovation doesn't have any meaning if you don't provide proper customer support . Innovation and customer support they both equally important for overall customer experience .You people just don't have the kind of customer support that is expected from such giant company. You people provide such a good customer support in different countries but when it comes to INDIA you take us as granted .Please improve your customer support in INDIA as our money is equally hard earned.

Fully agreed! Samsung is either deaf or pretends to be deaf to the issues being faced by their customers.
Additionally speaking, they have highest selling Note series and Tabs for which S Pens and tips are not available...

Imagine the mockery Samsung making of their customers. If this were US, Samsung would be standing on their head to serve their consumers...
