Missed calls notifications aren't  showing  ,how can I fix it ?

Go to setting .. open Phone app . Clear catch data

Go to settings > Apps > Contact > NOTIFICATION > enable missed call notifications and Next restart your device.

In my phone app icon badges are enabled and yhe solution you provided is not working. I cleared data then also nothing haplened
