Network Bar issue

I have samsung tab a8 LTE version.. But didn't put any SIM card in it.. but the tab is showing the network bar !!! How it's even possible???? I only use a SD card not a SIM card

You just scroll down the notification bar you will see written there emergency calls only. So that network bars indicates that you can make emergency call. Its by default from the company or in easy language you can say its just to indicate that you device is good to receive the signals its not damaged or its not having any issue with network.
