Last night something weird and frightening happened. I was attending a online class on zoom ,during which all of a sudden the screen froze and tablet turned off itself, the frightening part is some codes were running on the left side of the screen while samsung logo was there during restarting itself.
I haven't downloaded any third party apps or apk from any source whatsoever recently apart from some mp4 file from telegram that I normally do from time to time, also downloaded some pdf files from official government website.
Don't know what was it, will it resolve itself or will it happen again.
Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Any response or contact from samsung services is much appreciated.

Here's how you can help the user with their Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 issue:
1. Gather More Information:
* Screenshot of the codes: If possible, ask the user to take a screenshot of the codes that were running on the screen.
* Recent activities: Ask the user to recall any unusual activities they did on the tablet before the incident, like installing new apps, visiting unknown websites, or connecting to unfamiliar Wi-Fi networks.
* Error messages: If the user sees any error messages after restarting, ask them to share those as well.
2. Troubleshoot Common Issues:
* Force Restart: Suggest the user force restarts their tablet by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
* Safe Mode: Ask the user to boot their tablet into safe mode to see if the issue persists without third-party apps. To enter safe mode, press and hold the Power button, then tap and hold "Power off" until "Reboot to safe mode" appears.
* Check for Updates: Ensure the user's tablet has the latest software update installed. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
* Scan for Malware: If the user has installed any third-party apps, suggest they scan their device for malware using a trusted antivirus app.
3. Contact Samsung Support:
* Phone Support: Advise the user to contact Samsung customer support via phone for immediate assistance.
* Online Support: Suggest they visit Samsung's official website or app for online support and troubleshooting tips.
* Samsung Service Center: If the issue persists, recommend the user to visit an authorized Samsung service center for professional diagnosis and repair.
4. Additional Tips:
* Backup Data: Encourage the user to back up their important data regularly to avoid data loss in case of unexpected issues.
* Be Cautious of Third-Party Apps: Advise the user to be cautious while installing apps from unknown sources and only download apps from trusted sources like the Google Play Store.
* Keep Software Updated: Regularly update their tablet's software to receive security patches and bug fixes.
Remember to provide clear and concise instructions to the user, making sure they understand each step. If you can't resolve the issue through these steps, encourage them to seek professional help from Samsung support or a service center.
