How to access Samsung notes on non samsung device

I work on samsung notes a lotvon my tab and created many useful study documents on it but I want to access those documents on my non samsung smartphone as well and I can't get my head around one note and how the sync works on it, so please help with this one.

You can do that only in Windows devices. Not in Android devices from other brands or in Apple devices.

Then what is sync to one note is for?

Easy solution is open the required notes and this time save them as

[RαʝҽʂԋKυɱαɾ21]

CONVERT THAT NOTES INTO PDF , DOCX TEXT WHICHEVER YOU PREFER
THEN YOU CAN OPEN THAT FILES ON OTHER DEVICES

But you won't get that feasibility on other non Samsung phones

Better is use Samsung phone to view the notes. It will be better than doing other circus. Why useless non Samsung phones you are using.
