Double tap turn on screen not working in Samsung tablet a9 plus 5g
Anyone who is facing this issue please reply 

Samsung please reply this 

Is this software issue or what 

But when i touch tablet metal body and then I double tap on screen the screen wakes up

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly enable/ disable the settings once: Settings screen>Advanced features > Motions and gestures> Turn on the double tap to turn on the screen(enable/ disable).

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

You can reset your device and try to use the feature after that by following the steps from the below link.

If the issue persists, kindly share the report of the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I went to the service center. The service centre person telling me that this is not problem.. sometimes tablet do this on some surface he tried to fool me with this type of useless things and did not accept that this is problem and declined to replace this tablet
I want replacement this is display issue

I just returned it because my return window was there so I just request return actually I requested replacement but they don't have replacement they just returned it

I bought this tab yesterday. After i upgrade it to Android 14, i started facing this issue. I think it might be a software issue.

Yes maybe so if want to check you can go to service centre and tell theme pls downgrade software and then you can check it again
