A9+ has a issue with marrow app. Videos in it are lagging when above 1.2x speed.

I specifically bought A9+ for watching medical videos and most important app marrow for medical lectures.
Now videos are lagging with disruptive sounds whenever I increase the speed of lectures above 1.2x while watching on earbuds or wired earphone. I am very much disappointed by this issue as I have a habit of watching lectures on 1.5 or 2x speed. Please samsung fix this issue.

No solution. I even lodged a complaint via consumer forum, then a person called me and said she would find a proper resolution. After approximately one week of regular talks she said that no issue was found by technical teams and please visit the service center again. On visiting service center again(first time they just did a software update and nothing changed except my tablet was reset) they said that there isn't any issue and it only occurs on 2x speeds which they can't do anything. Still they did a software update and nothing happened and when asked for job sheet they refused it saying nothing was repaired(on first service center visit I had got one)  

 

Really worst experience and have lost all my hopes on Samsung.
