Why no reply from samsung

My this post is about useless meta apps , I wonder why Samsung customer service not able to provide proper reply

While payment apps or banking apps can work on just one app , why meta need extra 3 apps that to not able to uninstall by Samsung why these r so important 

In some devices like m15 f15 basic features like screen recorder or app lock not present but this junk is there

Use adb to get rid of those

Again why we need external application or process for this junk , why company not giving option to remove it using basic method, most imp why meta need 3 more separate application
