Serious charging issue

As in my previous post i have mentioned my device stuck in ongoing charging around 70 or 80
But its happening after every 6 to 7 % charge after 45% charging 
I have to stop and start charging like after 51 , 56 , 62 and so on as status on device showing charging going on but % is not increasing its stuck for almost half hr till I restart charging
Tried restarting of device multiple times but no effect
Original wire Original charger using since buying of device

U see 2nd 3rd col same hight means same charging % for 20 to 30 mins

Try to switch to safe mode it may help you

Should i put device in safe mode Every time if I need to charge it?

No like leave it for 1 day ( IF POSSIBLE ) or check which app is damaging your device or if not check the phone if it is rooted or give it to repair shop and tell them to check the battery issue image you just showed

You can go to Samsung customer care and you can phone call also they are give you very information about it and they fix it please click on three dots on right my comment and accept as solution
