Banking and UPI apps not working in secure folder

Samsung revoked access to messaging and call data in secure folder after oneUI 6 update.

This resulted in banking and UPI apps not able to authenticate and verify registered mobile number being present in phone. Hence preventing them from working inside secure folder.

I had a conversation with samsung support regarding this and I was assured samsung is working on this and will be fixed in future update. I seems samsung has still not done that.

I have not updated to oneUI 6 as both my nos have different accounts linked to them

I have given him a snapshot of my phone. If there any further problem check settings or go to support center.....

Go to developer settings unlock bootloader
Power off
hold volume down and power button
enter recovery mode
Clear catche data reboot normally then check again

Unlocking the bootloader even mess all knox apps. 

Also unlocking bootloader needs data wipe

Also combo key you needs is volume up + power + device connected to PC to enter to recovery

Unlocking bootloader doesn't mean knox gets messed up. If you mess with custom bootloader then knox gets messed up. Wiping on catche memory resets only app data and does not wipe user data or media

It's TRUE because of secure folder ,I prefer Samsung over iPhone but without banking apps it is of no use

Again secure folder giving the same old problem: sms verification failed message for banking apps. It worked for sometime in recent past after update to ui 6.1, but now giving same old problem. Secure folder in Samsung phones this losing its credibility for security if apps could not be put inside it. Samsung please look into the problem and rectify it at the earliest before it is too late for you!
