From one ui 6.1 , one can not use banking apps in secure folder but just to secure files - confirmed by Samsung care
Secure folder uses complete Google services and androidservice along with samsung mandatory apps , means like all already running service will get created and used again in secure folder
Now I am not sure for just hiding app and files in device do we really need all those service , this can be achieved by giving app lock feature and with no duplicate apps and services running battery backup will also increase
