Am using Samsung M51 s mobile, knox security device, I didn't get secure folder.... 

I complained several times but no response fromm your end....

Can I know do u get me are not?

To get it,
Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from individual users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, youtube, samsung content help( google it),samsung live chat,twitter, instagram,facebook,linkedin,etc.

Secure folder is present in m51. Go to biometric and security in settings and then there u can find secure folder. Else directly in settings search for secure folder. I'm sure u will get it. Attaching a screenshot for your help.

Ok then its a region specific issue

Secure folder is region specific. If you purchased your device outside India, then you won't get Secure folder.

Also, if you are in India and purchased your device using Samsung Finance+, then Secure folder will be unlocked after you complete all your EMIs.
