Samsung WalletDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, you mentioned that earlier the notification comes after 4 hours it might happen due to network or server issues of the device or particular app. However, kindly check the following steps to resolve your issue.
Make sure the notification of a particular app is enabled.
Manage app notifications: Settings> Select the Apps menu> Choose one app that you want to manage from the list of all the installed apps.> Notifications> Step 4. You can activate or deactivate notifications at once by tapping the switch of Show notifications, and you can also select the features you want to receive notifications for, e.g. Samsung wallet.
Kindly check the app permission is disabled.
To access your app permission settings> open Settings and tap Apps.> Select an app and tap Permissions.
You can check the app’s permissions list and change its permissions.
Keep your app updated: Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
