7 day's Notification delay' of UPI transactions Samsung pay

I noticed a delay in receiving notifications for UPI transactions, especially when the amount is credited. Initially, the delay was about 24 hours, but recently, I was shocked to receive a notification for a transaction that occurred 7 days ago.

reported this issue to the support team, and theyadvised me to clear the app cache and reinstall the app.

I followed their instructions, but there wasno noticeable improvement. Finally, they suggested I contact the special team that handles issues related to Samsung Pay. I did so, and theyguided me to file a complaint on their website. However, the website is currently inaccessible due to server issues.

After a day,I received an email stating that they might need more time to respond to my queries. Overthe next 3 days, I received additional emails that repeated the same advice to clear the cache and reinstall the app, which I had already done.

Emails I received which was same as I revived earlier via member. And issues still exists.



- All setting are normal such as no background Restriction in terms of blocked notification, battery & data uses.
- All means all apps , system apps, devices r running at latest update.
- no 3-rd party apps installed as of now.
- network can't be reason; bcz transaction history upto date as payment received. Issue with notification 🫡
- tried app data clearing, reinstalling, reset All settings. 
- Nddon't want to reset device. If I have to reset I would like to switch to another UPI. Resetting takes lots of time and data to recover all backup. Some setting can't be backup.


Are you also facing the same issue?

Please let me know if you have any other ideas on how to resolve this, besides resetting the device.

Yeah, it is possible to check the transaction history as it updates when the amount is credited, but notifications play a significant role. This way, I don't need to open the app all the time.


Yeah I like to use Samsung apps :
-"They support system font".
- EMails : I can login multiple I'd without login to main system (on google services)
- browser: video player options, adblocker add-ons etc.
Wallets: it can scan QR code via camera. Payment request by any service appears at top of the screen means I don't have to open the apps to process the payment request. feature to keep All necessary documents at one place.

Lot more... same with Samsung message- "tag" feature work together on Samsung dialer & Samsung message.

Yes, I'm also getting Delayed UPI (Credited) notification.

I've reported this issue to Samsung days ago.. they told me to call a Number..
