Connect Digilocker to samsung wallet

Is it ok if i connect my digilocker to samsung wallet ?

Or should i use the default app instead 

One more thing that can you suggest me how do i lock this app without any 3rd party involvement, it asked me to enter a 4 digit pin at first but that was for something else i guess.

Edit - Apparently the secure folder trick doesn't work in this case, because you can't even download samsung wallet inside secure folder. Plus there's no app lock on it. What the hell samsung.

What's the security option for digilocker inside the wallet? Is there any finger print/pin authentication? When I tried, anyone who has access to my unlocked device could open the wallet app and see all my documents because the app doesn't have any other locks.

On the other hand, no one can access the digi locker app, even if I give my unlocked phone to friends, they can't open the digilocker app without entering the pin.

What's your thoughts on this? I think there must be a pin/fingerprint authentication for wallet app. Because an unlocked device and our ID cards are a deadly combo.

Secure as in secured via knox..
N those are ID cards.. They r not meant to b hidden from people.! Jus like how they r in ur usual wallet! Fingerprints or pattern or pwd are not even necessary for these!
There is stil pin/fp protection for upi n cards n other stuff that need it.!

Id cards plus sms verification has the capability to do some damage. An unlocked phone has both.

There is no fingerprint protection either for upi payment, except for the upi pin obviously. On the other hand apps like Gpay has 3 way protection (lockd screen, app lock and then upi pin compared to 2 in Samsung wallet). Yeah it's not that much of a difference but any protection is good protection. Also, strangely devices like F41 have fingerprint authentication for upi payment while A and S series have it only for card payments.

Interesting.! The thought of security is always good.. But too much security is also a pain at most points.. 2 factors r good.. More than that is a pain.. But sure, for bank stuff, its good to hav.. Could be taken in as feedback.. Cool..

For me even the Digilocker app does not ask for any further pin or fingerprint once phone is unlocked.. so I found the behavior of Wallet also similar and using Digilocker with it
