Please guide me how to use samsung pay un my phone, as it is showing it is not supported on your phone, i live in UAE

Samsung pay now chage to Samsung wallet.

You can use google pay as alternative.

Samsung pay only works on models with NFC, not all a32s' have NFC. Since it is not allowing you to download it it means your particular model does not have NFC.
