Hello I have purchased  Samsung M31 mobile .Bettery  charging taken 3:30 hours please tell this is good or not for mobile .And also very long time to taken charged mobile.

use different charger or cable mostly people think it is the fault of the phone but it is not,I also faced issues like this then I used a different company charger and cable the problem solved ,sumsung charger and cable is bad.

To resolve "slow charging issue" kindly follow the given below steps:

1)Check physical condition of USB cable:-Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc

2)Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

go to setting

1. sound and vibration then system sound then off all vibration

2. notification then app notifications and off all unnecessary app notifications

3. display than on dark mode

4. display than off adaptive brightnes

5. advanced features than labs off all experimental feature

6. advanced features than motion and gesture off all

7. on power saving mode
